Today we baked a fresh loaf in our 7 ¼ quart Le Creuset Dutch Oven but a 5 ½ quart Dutch Oven would also work fine. I was amazed at how incredibly easy it is to make a loaf of no-knead bread and how light and crispy it can turn out from baking in a Dutch oven.
The bread bakes perfectly and looks beautiful as it steams next to the rich color of Le Creuset’s enamel.
