Baking with a Queen among bowls

The Margrethe mixing bowl from Rosti has been an icon in the kitchen for over 60 years. Designed in Denmark by an industrial designer and architect, Jacob Jensen, the bowl was originally launched in 1954, and named for the Danish Queen Margrethe.

This mixing bowl is wonderful. It’s non-slip base and superior shape make it the perfect go-to mixing bowl. Today, we used it to both mix and proof some no-knead garlic herb bread and it performed amazingly.
